On January 3, 2023, Cody Benton, a 24-year-old resident of Judsonia, Arkansas, died in a tragic incident involving a murder-suicide. The event occurred in the parking lot of a McDonald's restaurant located at 3515 E. Race Ave. in Searcy, Arkansas.
