In the winter of 2023, the city of Conway, Arkansas, was rocked by a violent act that claimed the lives of two young men. On the night of January 21st, 25-year-old Derek Palmer and his companion, 26-year-old Raekwon Hull, were fatally shot in what was later described as a double homicide. The incident, which was attributed to gun violence, prompted an immediate and intensive investigation by the Conway Police Department as they worked to piece together the events of that tragic evening.
