In the summer of 2015, the quiet community of Conway, Arkansas, was shaken by the deaths of 66-year-old Robert Cogdell and his wife, Patricia. Concerns arose on July 22nd when Robert, the Public Works Director for the City of Maumelle, failed to show up for work. A welfare check at their home on Quail Run Circle led to a grim discovery; the couple was found fatally shot in a wooded area behind their house.
