In the early morning hours of August 12, 2023, tragedy struck in Little Rock, Arkansas, claiming the life of 16-year-old Darrin Deshawn Williams Jr. Patrol officers responded to a call about a shooting just after 3:30 a.m. at an apartment complex on Richsmith Circle.
