Joe L. Newmy Jr., a 32-year-old resident of Blytheville, Arkansas, tragically passed away on January 14, 2024. Born on February 6, 1991, to Joe Newmy Sr. and Tanya Toliver, Joe was a member of New MT Olive M.B. Church in Blytheville.
