In the early morning hours of July 12, 2024, the life of 30-year-old Jaelin Scott was tragically cut short in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Officers from the Pine Bluff Police Department were initially called to the area of 23rd Avenue and Hazel Street shortly before 2:00 AM following reports of gunfire.
