On November 1, 2024, a shooting incident occurred in the 2400 block of Moss Street in North Little Rock, Arkansas, resulting in the death of 18-year-old Torrio Baker Jr. of Little Rock. The incident happened around 12:47 p.m. when North Little Rock Police Department officers responded to a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found three victims, each suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
