On what should have been a joyous celebration of his eighteenth birthday, Kendall Lesher Williams, a White/Caucasian male, met a tragic end in a hunting accident on Sunday, October 25, 2015, in Prosperity, South Carolina. A senior at Mid-Carolina High School, Kendall was in the woods off Highway 391 when the incident occurred. Around nightfall, he sustained a single, fatal gunshot wound to his abdomen.
