Zemeckis Monteco Devante Houston, a 19-year-old resident of Newberry, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on July 20, 2014. Houston was attending a weekend block party on Rikard School Road in Prosperity, SC, when the incident occurred. The event, which drew a crowd of over 100 people, turned deadly when gunshots were fired. Houston was struck in the head and succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
