Emily Carrington Thomas, a 44-year-old Caucasian female, was discovered deceased on December 7, 2023, in Morgan, Utah, from a gunshot wound to the head. Her death occurred inside a running vehicle with the headlights on, where she was found in the driver's seat. The incident was part of an alleged suicide pact with her boyfriend, Anthony Paul Franklin, age 42, of Ogden.
