In a heart-wrenching incident in Ogden, Utah, 4-year-old Hispanic male Jordan Ibarra's life was tragically cut short on September 2, 2024. The young boy was discovered deceased inside a vehicle alongside his two younger sisters, 1-year-old Alitzel and 2-year-old Yaitza.
