On a tragic evening in Ogden, Utah, the life of a young boy named Phillip An, aged 6, was cut short. It was November 12, 1989, when a devastating event unfolded within the walls of the family's home, located above their business, Hans Market. In an act of violence that shattered a family, Phillip, his younger sister Sarah An, who was only 2 years old, and their 34-year-old mother, Nan Heu An, were all killed.
