In a quiet residential area of Ogden, Utah, the afternoon of May 6, 2016, was shattered by violence that claimed the life of 29-year-old Hispanic male Miguel Angel Rios. At approximately 2:40 p.m., police were dispatched to a home in the 500 block of 31st Street where they discovered Rios suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a local hospital in critical condition but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
