Dwayne Vencent Fairley, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 5, 2018, in Red Springs, North Carolina. Fairley was found with a gunshot wound at the grain bins located at 1108 Daniel McLeod Road. The incident occurred late at night, around 11 p.m., when a sheriff's deputy responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle in the area.
