On the evening of Sunday, October 1, 2023, the life of Jason A. Ruffridge, a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male from Fort Dodge, Iowa, was tragically cut short. At approximately 8:42 PM, the Webster County Telecommunications Center received a distressing call reporting a shooting in the 200 block of 3rd Avenue N.W.
