In the early morning hours of Sunday, September 15, 2024, the life of 24-year-old Rayjon Ray, a Black male from Des Moines, Iowa, was tragically cut short. An argument that escalated into a physical altercation in the parking lot of a convenience store in the River Bend neighborhood would prove to be fatal.
