Augustin Kouh, a 20-year-old resident of Des Moines, Iowa, passed away on February 7, 2017. He was found shot to death on the sidewalk in the 800 block of Shawnee Avenue.

The incident involved another victim, Nelson Atary, who was 18 years old at the time. Unlike Kouh, Atary survived the shooting and drove himself to seek medical attention.
