In the cold of a Midwestern winter, the life of Chuck Olivier, a 47-year-old Black / African American man from Denham Springs, Louisiana, came to a tragic and mysterious end. On Monday, January 8, 2018, Olivier was found unresponsive inside a vehicle at the Flying J truck stop on Northwest Boulevard in Davenport, Iowa.
