On September 17, 2017, 23-year-old Oshay Lewis was killed in a drive-by shooting while driving through Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. as Lewis and his passenger, David Williams Jr., were traveling south on Armenia Avenue near Alva Street in a 2006 Nissan Altima.
