A man is killed in his car from a drive-by shooting. On September 17, 2017, 23-year-old Oshay Lewis was killed in a drive-by shooting while driving through Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred around 3 a.m. as Lewis and his passenger, David Williams Jr., were traveling south on Armenia Avenue near Alva Street in a 2006 Nissan Altima. Unidentified assailants drove up alongside their vehicle and fired multiple shots, fatally striking Lewis, who was driving.
Williams, who was in the back seat, was also injured and was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
