Ecru Richardson, a 21-year-old African American male from Tampa, FL, tragically lost his life on December 7, 2017. The incident occurred during a suspected drug deal gone wrong at The Oaks Apartments in Tampa. According to reports, Richardson was fatally shot outside an apartment during the transaction.
