On March 24, 2013, 30-year-old Benge C. Bennett was fatally shot in Tampa, Florida. The incident occurred around 2:48 a.m. after Bennett had been at Fatso’s Billiard with friends and relatives. As the group walked towards their vehicle parked behind a nearby business, an officer on patrol heard gunshots.
