On November 10, 2013, 28-year-old Paul Neil was killed in Tampa, Florida, in what remains an unsolved homicide. Neil was originally from Jamaica and had moved to the Tampa area in 2006. The circumstances of his death remain unclear, with no suspects publicly identified or arrested. Authorities have urged anyone with information to come forward as his case is still open and under investigation by the Tampa Police Department.
