Ty'Quan Johnson, a 13-year-old boy from Tampa, Florida, tragically lost his life on November 23, 2021. Ty'Quan was riding his scooter near the Lee Davis Community Center in Belmont Heights when he was shot. The incident occurred in the presence of his older brother, Antwan Johnson, and cousin, Tyshelle Spike.
