In the early morning hours of November 1, 2020, a gathering in a desert area on Tucson's south side turned deadly, claiming the life of 23-year-old Hispanic male Isidro Fernando Hernandez-Ortiz. The incident, which also resulted in the death of 21-year-old Oscar Daniel Dicochea, unfolded around 6 a.m. in the 2500 block of East Aerospace Parkway.
