In the early hours of March 13, 2016, 24-year-old Eliseo Alberto Sortillon Lopez was found mortally wounded at a trailer park on Tucson's south side, the quiet of the morning broken by the echo of gunfire. Officers from the Tucson Police Department were dispatched just before 6:30 a.m. to the 6200 block of South Park Avenue, near East Bilby Road, after reports of shots fired.
