In the late hours of a spring night in Tucson, Arizona, a celebration turned into a scene of violence that ended the life of 24-year-old Xavier Fragoso. On May 28, 2017, following a wedding reception, events escalated, leading to a fatal confrontation. Fragoso was reportedly driving at a high speed down a street, which nearly resulted in him hitting a guest who was walking to their car. This action prompted several of the wedding guests to follow him to a residence on East 32nd Street.
