Marte Alcorn, a 40-year-old male whose race or ethnicity has not been publicly specified in available reports, was fatally shot in the early morning hours of March 11, 2023, at an apartment complex along the 1000 block of East Benson Highway in Tucson, Arizona. Shortly before 2:40 a.m., Tucson's Public Safety Communications Department received a 911 call reporting a shooting at the complex.
