On September 26, 2017, Victoria Tutson, a 30-year-old mother of four, was fatally shot while driving in Liberty City, Miami, Florida. She was in her car when another vehicle approached, and shots were fired, leading to her death at the intersection of Northwest 17th Avenue and 65th Street. The incident deeply affected her family, who described her as a loving individual and expressed their heartbreak and desire for justice.
