In the late hours of a March evening in Phoenix, Arizona, a dispute over a bottle of beer at a local bar tragically escalated, ending the life of 33-year-old Jesus Rafael Lozano-Vidal. On March 14, 2014, Lozano-Vidal was visiting the Mi Ranchito Dancing bar, a place where he also worked as a security guard.
