Samuel Epps, born on January 16, 2003, tragically passed away on September 2, 2014, at the age of 11. The incident occurred in San Tan Valley, Arizona.

According to investigators, Samuel's death was the result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. Pinal County detectives concluded that the shooting was not accidental, but rather an intentional act.
