On October 7, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred at the Gym Bar and Grill in San Tan Valley, Arizona. The victim, 35-year-old Rogelio Ochoa, was found by deputies from the Pinal County Sheriff's Office (PCSO) with a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, the deputies performed lifesaving measures on Ochoa until medical personnel could take over. Despite these efforts, Ochoa was taken to a hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
