In the winter of 2015, a 22-year-old man named Kenneth Arnold Buck was killed in Chandler, Arizona, following a confrontation with police. The events leading to his death began to unfold on Monday, January 5th, when officers attempted to pull over a stolen vehicle that was believed to have been involved in a recent burglary. Buck, who was driving the truck, which had a fictitious Indiana license plate, did not comply with the officers' attempts to stop him.
