Joseph Moreno, a 39-year-old male of Hispanic / Latino ethnicity, died on May 31, 2015, after he was shot at an apartment complex in Phoenix, Arizona. According to public records compiled from online memorial and case-tracking sites, the violence occurred at an apartment complex located at 1611 West Osborn Road.
