Carson James Dumbrell, a 21-year-old resident of Glendale, Arizona, was fatally shot on September 5, 2015, during a house party. The incident occurred at a home near 67th Avenue and Pinnacle Peak Road, where Jordan Hanson, also 21, was hosting a party with a small group of friends.
