In a Sierra Vista apartment complex parking lot, the life of 25-year-old Arturo Vasquez Romero was tragically cut short. On a Wednesday afternoon, the sound of gunfire shattered the ordinary, prompting a 911 call to the Sierra Vista Police. When officers arrived at the scene shortly before 3:30 p.m., they discovered Romero deceased, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
