In the fall of 2016, a quiet home on the southwest side of Tucson, Arizona, became the scene of a grim discovery. On the evening of October 15th, Pima County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 5800 block of South Swinging A, off of South Camino Verde, following a report of two deceased individuals inside. Upon their arrival, authorities found the bodies of 48-year-old Carlos Rendon and 18-year-old Jackelyne Padilla. Both victims had sustained apparent gunshot wounds.
