Lynn Freeman, aged 54, died by suicide on March 21, 2017, in Flagstaff, Arizona. Prior to her death, Flagstaff police and a behavioral health technician from Terros Health visited her home for a welfare check. After their departure, she was left alone with a firearm, which she used to end her life.
