On June 23, 2020, 34-year-old Jessica Biakeddy of Gilbert, Arizona, was fatally shot outside an apartment complex in Flagstaff. At approximately 11:06 p.m., Flagstaff police responded to reports of multiple gunshots in the 200 block of West High Country Trail. Upon arrival, officers found Biakeddy lying on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. She was transported to Flagstaff Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead.
