In a harrowing sequence of events that unfolded on a Monday evening, Kine Kynthia Ricard, a 41-year-old female, lost her life in a violent encounter outside her residence in Phoenix, Arizona. The tragedy, which took place on August 21, 2017, was the culmination of a domestic dispute that turned fatal. Earlier in the day, Ricard had been held at gunpoint by her estranged husband, Brian Brooks, who was 42 at the time.
