On August 21, 2017, 41-year-old Kine Kynthia Ricard of Tolleson, Arizona, was tragically shot and killed by her estranged husband, Brian Brooks. The couple had been married for 17 years before separating and shared three children. On the day of the incident, Brooks held Ricard at gunpoint, forcing her to drive to her residence.
