In the early morning hours of January 7, 1976, Linda Sue Davis, a 29-year-old female from Claremore, Oklahoma, disappeared. She was a divorced mother of young children. Linda was last seen at approximately 1:30 a.m. at Don's Club in Claremore in the company of an unidentified white male. The day before she vanished, she had expressed concern to her boss at the Orbits lounge that she believed someone had been following her, but she thought she had lost them.
