Taggart Seth Fuller, Jr., a 13-year-old resident of Huachuca City, Arizona, passed away on January 9, 2018. Born in Denver, Colorado on January 10, 2004, Taggart was the son of Taggart S. Fuller and Valarie A. (Horrocks) Fuller.
