In the early evening hours of a Tuesday in Tucson, Arizona, a grim discovery was made. The body of 49-year-old Lester Kirkendall, a White/Caucasian male, was found on the side of the road on March 27, 2018. The Tucson Police Department was called to the scene, and it was quickly apparent that this was no accident.
