On the morning of October 30, 2021, a burst of violence shattered the quiet of a Tucson, Arizona, apartment complex. Responding to a report of a shooting at approximately 10 a.m. in the 2500 block of North Dodge Boulevard, near Flower Street, police officers discovered a grim scene. Twenty-six-year-old Gary Marcel Melton, a Male, was found suffering from gunshot wounds.
