Harold Treadwell, a 71-year-old Caucasian male, was driving his vehicle in Phoenix, Arizona, on July 28, 2019, when his life was tragically cut short. The evening was supposed to be a celebration; it was his 52nd wedding anniversary. Tragically, just after midnight, an unknown assailant fired a single bullet into his car. The shot struck Harold, causing him to lose control of his vehicle, which then crossed a median and crashed.
