On July 10, 2022, 22-year-old Alvaro Gonzalez-Garcia was found lying in the roadway in Phoenix, Arizona, after being shot multiple times. The incident occurred near the intersection of 16th Street and Roosevelt Street, where police responded to a report of a man lying on the roadway around 10:15 p.m..
