Alvaro Gonzalez-Garcia, 22, male, died on July 10, 2022, after being shot multiple times near the intersection of 16th Street and Roosevelt Street in Phoenix. Shortly after 10:15 p.m., officers were called to reports of a man down in the roadway; witnesses said he was lying next to a bicycle. He was rushed to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
