On December 14, 2019, Samantha A. Boyd, a 36-year-old White woman, was killed in Tucson, Arizona. The events leading to the discovery of her death began in the afternoon when Tucson Police received a call from a man who identified himself as Victor A. Parsons, Boyd's boyfriend.
