In the spring of 2022, a domestic violence incident in Tucson, Arizona, tragically cut short the life of 43-year-old Timeki Regina Myers, a Black/African American woman. On the afternoon of May 3, 2022, law enforcement responded to a 9-1-1 call from a neighbor after two children fled their home in the 5300 block of East Glenn Street and reported that family members were unresponsive inside.
