In the early morning hours of April 7, 2020, the life of 18-year-old Isaiah DeAmbrose Jonni Baker was tragically cut short in Yuma, Arizona. A Black male born on March 3, 2002, Baker was the victim of a fatal shooting that occurred near the intersection of 3rd Street and 9th Avenue. The Yuma Police Department responded to the incident which was reported around 3 a.m.
