In the spring of 2020, a life was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. Jerrod Moreno, a 26-year-old White / Caucasian man, was shot and killed on the afternoon of April 8, 2020. The fatal encounter took place around 1:30 p.m. near the intersection of 35th Avenue and Broadway Road.
