On August 18, 2020, Christopher Moreno, a 32-year-old man from Tucson, Arizona, lost his life to gun violence. The incident occurred outside a Motel 6, where Tucson police found Moreno fatally shot.

Police responded to the scene and pronounced Moreno dead at the location. The homicide was investigated by Tucson Police Department's Homicide Detectives, who were called to the scene to continue the investigation.
